How we will use your data:
“Evinova, ‘’We’’, ‘’Us’’ and ‘’Our’’ refers to the Evinova entity that is the entity of your agreement or electronic document. Evinova will collect and use the personal data that you provide for the handling and administration of this electronic signature service solution. This notice relates to any electronic records or signatures associated with the electronic contract. Our need to process your personal data is based on our contractual relationship with you or Our legal obligations.
What personal information will be collected:
We may process the following data or categories of data: Your name and title(s), address, contact information, bank details and other data associated with you that may be captured in the electronic document. If you choose to give us further information, we will only use this to the extent to which it may be relevant to achieve the purposes of processing your data.
Sharing your information:
Your personal data may also be transferred to other Evinova group companies and with certain service providers such as: IT providers for the purposes of system development and technical support; auditors and consultants to verify our compliance with external and internal requirements; statutory bodies, law enforcement agencies and litigants, as per a legal reporting requirement or claim; and a successor or business partner to Evinova or to an Evinova group company in the event that it sells, divests or sets up a collaboration/joint venture for all or part of its business. Your personal data will only be shared with third parties who have a legitimate need to see it and who are under contractual or legal obligations to protect it.
Evinova entities and third parties may be based anywhere in the world, which could include countries that may not offer the same legal protections for personal data as your country of residence. Evinova will follow local data protection requirements and will apply the necessary safeguards under the applicable law of the country transferring the data for such transfers Irrespective of which country your personal data is transferred to, We would only share your personal data under a strict ‘need to know’ basis and under appropriate contractual restrictions (such as EU Standard Contract Clauses). You may request a copy of Evinova’s EU Standard Contract Clauses by contacting Evinova at privacy@evinova.com. We also rely upon the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which has been deemed to provide adequate protection for transfers of personal data from the EU to the United States.
Retaining your information
Evinova will store your personal data for a number of years in accordance with local laws and the company´s internal policies and procedures for as long as it is necessary in order to satisfy our legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When your personal data are no longer necessary for these purposes, the personal data will be securely deleted.
Your rights:
You may contact Evinova at privacy@evinova.com to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct any mistakes or to request deletion of the same to the processing of your personal data. If such a request places Evinova or its affiliates in breach of its obligations under applicable laws, regulations or codes of practice, then Evinova may not be able to comply with your request but you may still be able to request that we block the use of your personal information for further processing.
How your information will be protected:
Evinova has assigned a data protection officer responsible for overseeing Evinova’s compliance with EU and UK data protection laws, which you may contact at privacy@evinova.com, in case of any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal data. If Evinova’s processing of your personal data is covered by EU or UK law, you can also lodge a complaint with the corresponding data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
